About Me

I’m a clinical psychologist with 20 years’ experience specializing in couples and family therapy, and 10 years’ experience specializing in intersection with trauma and military family mental health. I have a passion for working with individuals and couples to help them better understand themselves in the context of primary attachments and to help them experience stronger, more healing connection.  I provide systemically informed, evidence-based therapies for a variety of individual struggles and relational challenges, primarily Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. I also consult to non-profit organizations serving our military and paramilitary populations around marital health and resiliency for spouses who face ongoing chronic stressors of deployments, high risk life circumstances, and chronic wear and tear. Along those lines, I offer workshops and seminars to special military and general populations on relationship resiliency across all life stages.
